Come and join us for Soul Survivor Melbourne 2017 for five days of worship, teaching and ministry. Every morning and evening we’ll get together to worship God, pray for one another and to unpack what the Bible says about how we can live a Spirit-led life!
There will be loads happening from morning till night with cafés, sports, live music, films and our famous festival vibe. We’ll also have a range of seminars to tackle the tricky issues of our faith from the big theological questions to the nitty gritty of everyday life. Best of all, we get to camp out together which means we make a heap of new friends around hot choccys and marshmallows.
So get yourself booked in for five days of being encouraged, equipped and inspired to live passionately with God!

New location for 2017!
This year we say a very sad and fond farewell to Belgrave Heights Convention Centre. It’s been our home for over 10 years and is full of so many amazing memories!
However, we are super excited our new venue for the 2017 Festival is Hillcrest Christian College in Berwick!
Hillcrest is situated in farmland and only 60 minutes from Melbourne city. They have amazing facilities that we are super excited to make real cosy for you in April!
Soul Survivor UK
Ali is one of the pastors at Soul Survivor Church in the UK and has been a part of Soul over 15 years. For this reason, there isn’t anyone better to bring us teaching around the Holy Spirit and we are so grateful to host her. Ali is British, but don’t worry her hubby is an Aussie. She will be speaking at all three conferences—VIC+ACT+NSW and have her beautiful family along for the ride.

Everyone camps—rain, hail and shine! We’ve found that most of the best conversations happen round the campsite.
Camping is allocated into Village groups to encourage community and gives you the chance to hang out with some other youth groups and individuals. We often find that a bit of crazy weather can be just the thing to bring everyone together, and it usually passes pretty quickly. Rug up, it does get cold!
What about toilets/showers?
There are toilets and showers on site.
Are the camp sites powered?
No. So bring a torch!
And don’t forget there are camp kitchens you can have access to.
If the best you and your tent buddies can scrounge up for dinner is two-minute noodles then why not change it up for some tasty, hearty meals at bargain basement prices.
We love communal eating and we know many of you do too. The good news is that you can still keep that village vibe and eat with your group at the Garden of Feedin’ without all the work and hassle of camp cooking. Parents can be reassured that we are eating well and enjoying ourselves!
There are also additional cooking facilities in the kitchens around the campsite.
BYO Plate etc.
You will need to bring your own plate, bowl, cup and cutlery, you are responsible for washing your own utensils.
Special Dietary Requirements
This year we will be offering three dietary requirement options:

Every morning and night we gather to worship God together, hear teaching from the Bible, and spend time praying for each other.
Meet our speakers!
Seminars are electives held through the day where you’ll have the chance to hear from a bunch of inspiring speakers who’ll share on a range of interesting and relevant topics.
Our speakers are down to earth, honest and passionate and keen to share what they know about following Jesus – the joys, struggles and everything in between. We also address a range of topics relevant to what you’re going through in life, and want to give you a chance to ask questions and get involved.
